I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Manama. The location was perfect, situated in the diplomatic area and close to everything. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay. The staff was warm and hospitable, with the Indian staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast menu was impressive, offering a good variety of choices. Additionally, the hotel provided parking space and the option for laundry service. The transportation services, including airport transfers, were seamless. this hotel offered great value for money.

Hotel next to the university ... And employees which is very good and care for students ... Rooms to be ready if it had arrived ... and the establishment of the fun and also a list of the delicious food and everything close to you ... Moda Mall .. And restaurants ... and Tesel service to and from the airport

Cozy base for a vacation in Manama! Taste the food in Isfahani, you only need to walk 600 feet to reach it. We greatly enjoyed windsor tower...

The staff was warm and hospitable, prompt service, free upgrade to junior suite, good breakfast menu, conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment options, good value for money.

Don't have any issues at all.

Check-in and check-out were achieved without fuss. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Reasonable value for tmoney.

Lack of hot water and room looked jaded.

Booking online does not include BreakFast which is weird. Better to book directly to the hotel for the same price with bf.

The hotel where I stayed during my business trip offered a complimentary breakfast that was simply amazing. The cleanliness of the establishment was also very admirable. A great advantage was that the hotel was situated near exhibition street, which granted me easy access to a good number of dining and shopping options. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The lighting outside the elevator was too dark, which made it a bit difficult to navigate. there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the elevator.

the swimming pool is not available at night. it should be opened especially at this time of the year (summer) where swimming is very relaxing.

Bed setting was not ok need to modify.reception staff has no smile on face but responding.

We stayed at this hotel during New Year's Eve and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and free airport shuttle, which was a great value. The location was perfect for us since it was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. we enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep.

Although we had a great stay, the hotel lacked some amenities that we were hoping for. The pool area was small and not well-maintained, and the gym had outdated equipment.

Kind,helpful and considerate staff. Excellent room service and delicous food. Very clean and restful suite. High definition television and wide range of channels combined with comfortable seating and dining area.All made for a very enjoyable stay. I shall certainly make Windsor Tower Hotel my first choice every time. Service to a very high standard. Top marks.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was close to everything we needed. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and we were able to explore the city center and many sights on foot. The room was spacious enough for our small family and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, which added to the overall experience.

That the elevator had a slight odor.
